  All Metal Wall Art designs have a clear coat which have been applied for protection making the surface very durable,The Plain Metal Wall Art has a coat which is baked onto the surface. The coloured  Wall Art has also a clear finish which has been applied to the surface, all art is best suited indoors or a undercover area  Patio or deck. Everything out doors will fade over a period of time just like your car with direct sun light. Coloured wall art will start to slowly fade out doors after 3 to 4 years whilst the plain Metal surface 2 years with direct sun on the surface, All art work is water proof suited to wet areas . Indoors if proper care is taken with cleaning and art is not damaged in any way, your investment will last for well over 15 years without sunlight direct onto the surface as the clear coat that is applied is very durable so that the air does not get into the surface to to cause it to fade or tarnish over a long period of time. To clean and maintain  your investment a soft cloth with  warm water and a mild detergent if necessary to remove blemishes, avoid using abrasives or anything with a alcohol base this may damage the surface. All art comes with easy to install instructions for best results all Metal Wall Art panels are best displayed with a 20mm space apart this keeps them in sequence. All Art has a small fixture at the back making each piece of art easy to display. Metalistik's Metal wall Art designs are very light weight constructed from high grade aluminium plate, with colours infused into the surface creating a dramatic flow on affect. All art is best displayed under a light source to reflect its true detail , if art is also displayed near a window it will reflect its true colours being more natural, when being viewed from different angles.

Metalistik offers 100% satisfaction guarantee if the item is lost or damaged in transit please inspect Upon arrival so a claim may be made if need be within 24 hours this is why we insure your art With postage. Please contact Jason@metalistik.com.au Regarding this matter Refunds are also offered if Artwork does not meet description, please note all patterns are Hand textured into the surface of the aluminium characteristics may vary on art work. Please insure you choose art carefully as refunds will not be offered.

What shipment method is used?

We prefer to use Australia Post or Fast Way Courier service where a tracking number is supplied to The customer we offer full insurance on all items most art is shipped for FREE.

How long will it take to receive my Art work once payment is made?

Depending on size and description please allow up to 5 weeks on Custom makes, in most case You will receive your Art within 3 to 4 weeks. Can I change the colour of the Artwork Displayed?

Yes All art can be customised by shape, colour and design by request, in most cases with no extra costs involved. With over 450 colours to choose from Metalistik can match most colour samples provided by the customer.

Shipping Terms & Conditions All standard orders of Metal Wall Art is shipped FREE of charge with in Australia, there is a minimal extra charge on all custom makes depending on size and location. Metalistik does not use express postage on items if required extra charges will be involved on delivery. Extra charges also apply on  international shipping, please contact Metalistik on pricing.
